SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

We’re listening, and one of the biggest hurdles with our sales channel is getting product into your hands to touch, feel, smell… before fully committing to a purchase. Since we don’t have a huge network of dealers, we decided to take the risk out of the purchase and offer Free Returns (Sorry, USA ONLY). If you ordered a Tenet product and it doesn’t meet your expectations, send it back within 30 days free of charge for a full refund.

All products MUST be unused and in the original packaging. Tenet retains the ability to deny returns if the product appears to be used or damaged.

SPECIAL CUSTOM CUT BAR NOTE: We can not accept returns on custom cut bars as noted on the handle bar pages. 

To file a return, fill out the form below. Make sure to include your original receipt and contact info. We'll send you a return label free of charge and reimburse you the full amount once we receive the product at our warehouse. 

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $50 to the lower 48 states. Otherwise, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for all orders within the Bellingham, WA area. Local deliveries will be made available at checkout if you are within our delivery area. 

Deliveries are made after 3pm Mon - Fri. 

In-store pickup

In-store pick up is not available at this time. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and Mexico 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tenet Components is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

In some cases, we may not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes. We will notify you if there is any issues. To avoid this potential delay, we recommend selecting a physical mailing address when possible.
