PEDAL REFRESH PROGRAM

Pedals take a beating, plain and simple. It sucks to have a new set of pedals blow out after a year of riding. With our Pedal Refresh program, if you don’t feel like doing the work, you can send your Tenet pedals back to us and we'll strip them down, replace the spindles, bearings, bushings, hardware, end caps, pins and send them back to you for a flat rate of $30 + Shipping or FREE within the first year of your pedal purchase! That’s cheaper than most other company's rebuild kits alone. So sit back, crack a…. whatever your poison is… and let us do the work for you.

FULL PEDAL REFRESH

Select this option if it is past your 1 year mark. This option includes a full rebuild. We will replace all wear and moving parts including... bearings, bushings, spindles, hardware, end cap and pins. The customer will be responsible for any shipping fees to and from Tenet (USPS Flat Rate Padded Envelope is $7.25). 

FREE PEDAL REFRESH (USA ONLY)

Select this option if you have purchased your pedals within the last year. This option includes a partial rebuild, only replacing damaged or worn parts such as bearings, bushings, hardware and any damaged pins. The customer will be responsible for any shipping fees to and from Tenet (USPS Flat Rate Padded Envelope is $7.25). 

INSTRUCTIONS

Select either Full Pedal Refresh or Free Pedal Refresh from the drop down menu then select either V1 or V2 Pedals. If your pedals were delivered to you between 2020 and 2022, you have V1 pedals. All pedals delivered in 2023+ are V2. Add to the cart and complete the sale. Once complete, we will contact you within 48 hours with a confirmation, PR#, and instructions. 

NOTE: Do not send any pedals back without first obtaining an PR#. You must submit an order to receive service on your pedals. Once received, pedals are typically serviced within 48 hours. In the event that your pedals are damaged beyond repair, our pedals are covered by our Crash Replacement Program.
